1. Eligibility

Orders may only be placed by persons aged 21 or over who are purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, institution or qualified research entity. We may request evidence of research capacity before accepting an order.

2. Research use only

All products are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, and must not be administered to humans or animals. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the Research Use Only policy.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown per dose and pack size and exclude shipping and any applicable duties. Card payments are processed by our third-party payment provider on a secure hosted page. Bank transfer and purchase-order terms are available to approved institutional buyers.

4. Shipping

Orders ship in sealed, room-temperature-stable packaging with tracking. Title and risk pass on dispatch. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed.

5. Returns

Because products are research materials with integrity requirements, opened vials cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

6. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We accept no liability for any use of the products outside the stated research scope.
