Proba Research was set up to fix a simple problem in the research compound market: too many suppliers, not enough paperwork. Researchers were being asked to trust purity figures they could not verify, from sellers they could not identify, with certificates that did not exist.
We took the opposite approach. Every compound in our catalogue is tested by high-performance liquid chromatography and listed with a downloadable certificate of analysis. If we cannot document a product properly, we do not sell it.
What we supply
Our launch catalogue covers research compounds across five categories: cellular, neural, metabolic, endocrine and tissue research. Each product page states the formats and vial sizes available, in a range suited to laboratory work.
What we do not do
We do not sell products for human or veterinary use, and we do not offer advice on human use, ever. Our compounds are reference materials for in-vitro and laboratory research. Our labels, our terms and this website consistently state that products are supplied for laboratory research only.
Who we work with
We supply independent researchers, university laboratories and commercial research organisations across the UK. Bulk and wholesale enquiries are welcome through our contact page.
